Work Dates Needed: Ongoing.\n
\nPreferred Schedule: Mix of 8s and 10s each week, and 12 hour shifts are also available, Open to one weeknight per month and one weekend, 40 hours guaranteed per week, 10 hour days or 8 hour days, also can offer 12 hour shifts mixed.\n
\nWorksite Setting: Inpatients, 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology\n
\nScope of Work: CRNA, CRNAs only perform SPINAL Blocks, NO regional anesthesia, Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90%+ of the patients are over the age of 12.\n
\nLicenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active ID License, ID DEA and CSR, CDS, DEA, BLS, NBCRNA, \n
\nEMR: Epic.
