I'm working with a well-established employee-owned mechanical contractor that's looking to add a Mechanical Piping Estimator to their growing preconstruction team.
\n
\n
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience estimating commercial mechanical piping (wet-side HVAC/plumbing systems) who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants long-term growth.

What You'll Be Doing
\n
- \n
- Prepare estimates for commercial mechanical piping projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs
- Review drawings and project specifications
- Work on multiple bids at once (typically 2–3 active projects)
- Attend occasional pre-bid site walks
- Collaborate with project managers and the preconstruction team throughout the estimating process

What They're Looking For
\n
- \n
- 2+ years of mechanical estimating experience
- Commercial mechanical piping/wet-side HVAC experience
- Strong takeoff and plan reading skills
- Experience reviewing drawings and specifications
- Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
