We are seeking two enthusiastic, independent, and motivated Service Writers. The qualified candidates will work in our Reno location, supporting our Martinez branch.A clean DMV record and a valid Drivers License are required. These individuals must work independently and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Call & schedule customers for routine services as directed.
- Daily review of scheduling, proper work assignment, parts are in the box in the tech bin, and equipment needed is on hand.
- Manage assigned technicians to make sure jobs are being completed in a timely fashion.
- Work Order preparation and follow-up for service and rental invoices.
- General administrative duties.
- Utilize the compliance calculator to help educate customers.
- Add new clients and equipment information as needed into the ASPEN software.
- Proposal/bid preparation and follow-up.
- Receive calls from clients requesting invoice information and assist with payment information. I.e., Credit card authorization forms.
Required skills:
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Reliable and committed to teamwork.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Courteous and calm in challenging situations.
