  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, in person and by phone

  • Build trust by actively listening to customer concerns and vehicle history

  • Accurately document customer concerns and create detailed repair orders

  • Perform walk-arounds and digital vehicle inspections when applicable

  • Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and confidently

  • Educate customers on vehicle condition, safety concerns, and future needs

  • Obtain repair authorizations and manage approvals efficiently

  • Communicate technician findings and diagnostic results to customers

  • Coordinate workflow between technicians and management

  • Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines

  • Provide consistent status updates to customers

  • Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally

  • Close repair orders, review invoices, and ensure accuracy

  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction

  • Strong automotive knowledge of maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong sales skills with an ethical, customer-first approach

  • Ability to explain technical information in easy-to-understand language

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong computer skills and experience with shop management software

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
