We’re a small, innovative organic farm in Grand Rapids specializing in high-end garnishes and rare produce for local chefs and restaurants. We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Farm Hand to join our team and help bring bold, chef-driven ingredients to life.
Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, and harvest specialty crops
- Wash, pack, and organize produce orders
- Deliver orders to local restaurants as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the farm
- Interact professionally with chefs and customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Experience in farming, gardening, restaurants, or hydroponics (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and high-quality food
Schedule:
- Weekend availability required
