Warde Senior Living in Windham, NH is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Community Driver / Activities Assistants to join our Life Enrichment team.

Warde Senior Living is a 39-bed Assisted Living community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility, offering both short- and long-term care in a warm, supportive environment where residents are treated with dignity and individualized attention. We are looking to hire a Community Driver/Activities Assistant
to join our team. Part time - 24 hrs - Weekdays

Community Driver / Activities Assistant Responsibilities;
- Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, shopping trips, and community events
- Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle, including use of mobility aids and seatbelts
- Ensure vehicle safety through routine inspections, cleanliness, and proper maintenance reporting
- Maintain accurate transportation logs, mileage, and documentation
- Follow all safety regulations, traffic laws, and infection control protocols
- Support the Life Enrichment program by assisting with group activities, events, and one-on-one resident engagement
- Help set up, facilitate, and clean up activities and programs
- Encourage resident participation and promote a positive, engaging environment
- Build meaningful relationships with residents through compassionate interaction
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Previous driving experience preferred (experience with seniors a plus)
- Must be able to safely operate a multi-passenger vehicle
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
