Join Dad’s Handyman CoS as one of our first field service technicians! Grow with us from the ground up, with chances to advance to supervisory roles as we expand. Never a dull day; responsibilities include non-permit-required maintenance and repair, installations, painting, and more. Position open until filled.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $27–$32/hour, based on experience and seniority (will comply with all applicable local minimum wages).
• Overtime: Time-and-a-half for overtime, after-hours, or emergency calls.
• Benefits: Colorado-compliant paid sick leave. 6 paid federal holidays. $20/month phone stipend for field app usage.
• Company-provided truck, and tools.
• Additional Perks: Training and development. Potential for leadership roles as the company grows.

• Basic plumbing and electrical

Requirements:

• Physical requirements (we welcome applicants with disabilities who can perform these essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations):
• Safely operate hand/power tools and motor vehicles.
• Safely work at heights on folding/extension ladders and scaffolding.
• Lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps used in daily operations (training provided).
• Creativity and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
