Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job DescriptionQuality Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + annual bonus
Hiring a hands-on Quality Supervisor to join a food manufacturing facility near Montgomery, MN. This role will lead Quality Technicians, ensure food safety and quality standards are met, and partner closely with production and the Quality Manager to maintain and improve quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors, providing guidance, training, and support
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions taken.
• Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to management
• Collaborate with production, Quality Manager, and leaders to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of quality experience in food manufacturing, with prior leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and quality management systems
• Experience supporting food safety or quality audits (GFSI, FSSC22000, SQF)
• Bilingual is preferred
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
