Racing Operator
In this role, you’ll deliver multi-channel player support while ensuring accuracy and compliance across live horse-racing operations. You’ll troubleshoot issues, manage critical race and betting data, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
LOCATION: Tigard, OR
SALARY: $20/hr.
SCHEDULE:Full-time | Remote | Hybrid training required
*Starts early January | Must reside within 30 miles of Portland Metro Area to be considered

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Deliver multi-channel player support by responding to inquiries, explaining policies, verifying identities, and resolving issues such as payment failures, GEO errors, and account updates.
· Research and troubleshoot complex account or technical problems using internal systems, including interpreting Splunk data, and complete follow-ups through outbound calls and task tracking.
· Monitor live horse races across multiple time zones, accurately recording outcomes, identifying incidents, and taking corrective or escalatory action when needed.
· Build, audit, and maintain betting pools and race card data to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely payout decisions, including delaying payouts when appropriate.
· Navigate CTV/OTT platforms and multiple internal tools confidently while supporting additional operational duties as assigned.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with proven customer service experience—ideally in a call center or high-volume support environment.
· Solid problem-solving and judgment abilities, with the technical aptitude to navigate multiple systems and online platforms efficiently.
· High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks accurately in a fast-paced setting.
· Demonstrated teamwork, professionalism, and integrity, with an understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to obtain necessary regulatory licensing.
· Flexibility to work varied schedules—including nights, weekends, and holidays—and an interest in sports, betting, or racing operations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role is primarily computer- and headset-based, requiring sustained focus, clear communication, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment.
