Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping the property clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing. This role focuses on maintaining the overall cleanliness of the community’s outdoor areas and supporting a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities

Collect and dispose of residents’ trash each morning to maintain a clean and inviting community.

Keep all outdoor areas free of debris, litter, and clutter.

Maintain cleanliness around dumpsters, walkways, breezeways, and common areas.

Power wash sidewalks, breezeways, and other exterior surfaces as needed.

Assist with seasonal cleanups and special projects as directed.

Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after use.

Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to management.
Qualifications

Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or property maintenance is preferred but not required.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in maintaining a clean environment.
