Our client is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Electrical Project Manager to lead our high-end residential electrical projects. The successful candidate will possess a proven history of overseeing complex residential construction, with a focus on delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead high-end residential electrical projects from start to finish
- Create and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams
- Manage the procurement of all project materials and equipment, ensuring they arrive on time and meet specifications
- Supervise and direct field personnel, vendors and subcontractors
- Ensure project progress, quality, and safety through regular site inspections
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Manage all project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and progress reports
- Ensure full compliance with all electrical codes and safety standards
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in high-end residential electrical projects
- Technical Interest: Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Organization & Integrity: Excellent communication, High degree of professionalism, Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations, Strong leadership skills.
