Uptown Salon & Color Studio is looking for a talented Hair Stylist/Colorist to join our established salon in Hopkinton.
For more than 12 years, we’ve built a loyal clientele and a strong reputation for beautiful dimensional color, professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere. Our team values collaboration, continued growth and helping each stylist succeed.
About the Owner and Color Support
Uptown Salon & Color Studio is owned by Rosemarie, an American Board Certified Hair Colorist known for her expertise in corrective color work with extensive experience handling complex color services. Rosemarie provides guidance and support, while allowing each stylist to work independently and develop their own style behind the chair
Who we're looking for
We are a busy, established salon with existing and new clients available. This is an excellent opportunity for a stylist who enjoys creating beautiful hair and wants to grow in a color-focused environment.
If you’re passionate about highlights, dimensional color, toning and beautiful transformations, you may be a great fit for our team. Strong color experience is welcome, and we’re also happy to support and train a stylist with a solid foundation who is eager to strengthen their color skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Professional salon experience
- Haircutting, blow-drying and styling skills
- A foundation in hair color, highlighting and toning
- A friendly, dependable and professional attitude
- A willingness to learn, grow and contribute to a supportive salon team
- Massachusetts cosmetology license
What We Offer
- Guaranteed hourly pay or 50% service commission, whichever is greater
- Tips are additional
- Earning potential up to $50 an hour based on service sales

This is a W-2 employee position. Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome. Saturday availability is required.
