Job Description

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is currently seeking 2-3 contract records assistants for an on-site assignment in Jacksonville, FL.

Start Date: mid-March

Pay Rate: $20+/hour, based on fit

Duration: 12-18 months

100% on site

Job Details:

Our client is preparing for a headquarters relocation scheduled for November 2027. As part of this transition, the team is conducting a comprehensive review and digitization of company lease documentation.

The company maintains over 10,000 leases, approximately 7,000 of which are hard copies.
Temporary staff will review, count, verify, and scan lease documents.
This is the second round of verification; a third and final review will be completed by the internal client team.
Some leases exceed 150 pages and may be used in court proceedings, making accuracy critical.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Comfortable performing repetitive, highly meticulous work
Self-directed and able to work quietly and independently
Able to lift boxes and remain seated for extended periods
Basic Excel skills required
No degree is required
