Job DescriptionStaff Up is seeking a dependable and motivated Route Merchandiser for a weekend-only role in Grove City, OH.The ideal candidate will support retail locations by ensuring our beverage products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and rotated for maximum freshness and visibility.
Location: Grove City, OH 43123
Pay: $20–$22/hr + $0.70/mile mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and merchandise beverage products in coolers, displays, and shelves
- Build eye-catching retail displays and hang promotional signage
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and maintain inventory organization
- Engage with store staff and customers in a professional manner
- Use personal vehicle to travel between store locations as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance required
- Must pass a background check and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent walking, sitting, and use of hands/arms
- Occasional standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Regular lifting and movement of products up to 25 lbs
