The Hotel Front Desk Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and efficient service throughout their stay. This position involves managing reservations, facilitating guest check-ins, and handling room assignments, all while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Working closely with a small team and reporting directly to the Front Desk Manager, the clerk must operate independently with occasional managerial check-ins, typically during day shifts with flexible scheduling as needed.
