Drive the future of commercial technology at TCI.
We’re looking for a Commercial Systems Manager to own and optimize TCI’s commercial technology ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact for our CRM, reporting dashboards, integrations, and AI-driven workflows—helping sales, operations, and leadership teams work from a single source of truth.
If you love turning messy systems into clean, efficient, data-driven platforms that people actually want to use, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary owner for all commercial systems, including CRM, reporting dashboards, integrations, and user adoption.
- Manage configuration, workflow automation, and permissions across sales, operations, and leadership.
- Lead CRM enhancement cycles—prioritizing development based on business impact, coordinating rollouts, and overseeing user training.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards for pipeline, revenue, and performance across TCI business units (Brokerage, Dedicated, LRM, and UTS).
- Implement and maintain integrations with tools like Microsoft Teams, HubSpot Marketing, ZoomInfo, BirdDog, CarrierSource, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Power BI.
- Design and deploy a central “Service Hub” within Teams that consolidates dashboards, playbooks, process requests, and key resources.
- Collaborate with integration partners to manage CRM and system rollout success.
- Develop, test, and deploy AI-driven tools that improve data accuracy, automate manual work, and increase sales productivity.
- Ensure all systems and integrations remain CRM-agnostic to preserve future flexibility.
- Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to align revenue reporting, margin visibility, and forecasting accuracy.
- Create documentation and training resources to drive adoption and ensure consistent system use.
- Continuously identify and recommend new technologies that improve commercial efficiency and team collaboration.
-
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
-
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including administration, data modeling, and security models.
-
Deep knowledge of CRM and sales automation systems and how commercial teams use them.
-
Experience managing system integrations, middleware, and APIs (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
-
Experience building dashboards and data visualizations.
-
Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies that support sales and operations.
-
Excellent communication, training, and documentation abilities.
-
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system design.
-
Proven success working with implementation partners and vendors and holding them accountable for outcomes.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects with high accuracy, follow-through, and accountability.
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field preferred; OR
-
5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial systems, or CRM management in a multi-division organization.
-
Experience leading or supporting a CRM implementation or migration strongly preferred.
-
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II) are highly desirable.
