Residential In-Home Sales Manager
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Compensation: Base salary + incentives (Total compensation up to $350K)

Your Role:

Lead, coach, and manage a team of 15 sales representatives

Guide reps through the sales process and help close jobs over the phone before they leave the home

Recruit, hire, and train top-performing in-home sales professionals

Monitor sales performance, set goals, and develop strategies to maximize revenue

Ensure reps have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed and thrive

- Proven experience in in-home sales management (HVAC, windows, roofing, solar, or related industries preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and developing top sales talent
- Ability to analyze sales performance and implement strategies for improvement
- A closer’s mindset – you know how to turn leads into revenue and teach others to do the same
