Buyer Agent Opportunity

The Kay Bates Team at RE/MAX Excellence is looking for a motivated Buyer's Agent who wants to learn to grow in a fast-paced and results-driven environment while earning rewarding commissions and working with buyers throughout North County.
You will guide pre-qualified buyers through showings, negotiations, and closings while learning proven systems that help you build relationships, convert clients, and create consistent production. Surrounded by experienced producers, you will receive hands-on mentorship, clear structure, and daily support designed to help you gain traction quickly in a competitive market.
First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+

Compensation:
$140,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
- Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
- Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
