Your Responsibilities

  • Perform engine diagnostics and repairs efficiently and accurately

  • Review repair orders and perform work according to dealership and manufacturer standards

  • Conduct test drives and use diagnostic tools to identify vehicle system issues

  • Repair and maintain vehicle systems including engine, transmission, suspension, electrical, AC, turbocharging, diesel engines, hybrid/electric systems, and advanced diagnostics

  • Communicate repair needs clearly with Service Advisors and team members

  • Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in engine diagnostics and automotive repair (dealership experience preferred)

  • Advanced mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with diesel engines, turbocharging, hybrid/electric systems, or advanced diagnostics highly preferred

  • ASE certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
