WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Full time and part time hours available
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Collaborate with hospital staff, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate DME orders and deliveries.

Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate DME equipment.

Verify insurance coverage for DME and obtain necessary authorizations.

Process DME orders accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate the delivery and setup of DME equipment at the hospital or patient's home.

Educate patients and caregivers on the proper use and maintenance of DME equipment.

Address and resolve any issues related to DME orders, deliveries, or insurance coverage.

Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all DME orders, deliveries, and patient interactions
Assist patients by greeting them and helping with their purchases on the retail floor.
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
- Trinity Health Oaklands - 44405 Woodward Ave, Pontiac, MI 48341
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Sunday rotation once a month from 12-5 PM
