CDELL Trucking LLC is seeking experienced, professional CDL Class A OTR/Regional Drivers to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated drivers with experience operating both reefer and dry van equipmentwho are committed to safety, reliability, and excellent customer service.
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Earn 23% of the load revenue
- Average weekly earnings: $1,500–$1,800

Position Details
- OTR and Regional routes available
- Drivers must be willing to stay out 2–3 weeks at a time
- Reefer and Dry Van freight
- Full-time position
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience
- Experience operating both Reefer and Dry Van trailers
- Clean driving record preferred
- Must pass a background check
- Must meet all DOT requirements
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to safely operate equipment and comply with company safety policies
Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight to customers throughout assigned routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and transportation records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status and any delays
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and company regulations
- Deliver freight safely, on time, and with a high level of professionalism
