Custodian (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity)
Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM
$17.15 per hour | 32 Hours/Week
Location: Beaverton, OR
Overview:
We are currently hiring Custodians for a full-time temporary assignment with the opportunity for permanent hire. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall facility appearance. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
• Follow safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus
• Ability to work early morning shifts and maintain consistent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred:
• Experience working in commercial or industrial cleaning environments
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures
Temp-to-Hire Benefits:
