Hotel Sales Manager (Multi-Property)

Northwest Indiana / Chicagoland


We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven sales manager to lead revenue strategy and drive growth across a growing portfolio of hotels in Northwest Indiana and surrounding markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in a multi-property environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and wants to play a key role in shaping the culture and success of expanding assets.


Position Overview:


This leader will oversee business transient (BT), corporate group sales, and meeting space revenue strategy across multiple hotels, with a strong on-property presence in Munster, IN. This individual will act as a key leader within the organization, driving revenue performance while embodying and promoting the company culture. This role reports directly to senior leadership and will manage one on-site direct report (Sales Coordinator) while collaborating across properties in Bloomington, Munster/Hammond, Michigan City, and New Buffalo in the next 5 years.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute comprehensive sales strategies across multiple properties to drive corporate, group, and BT revenue
  • Oversee and grow meeting and event space revenue ($250K+ annually), ensuring strong booking performance and best practices
  • Manage and mentor an on-property Sales Coordinator focused on SMERF and meetings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate accounts and regional partners
  • Represent the portfolio through roadshows, regional travel, and client engagement initiatives
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of group business and elevated guest experiences
  • Act as a culture leader on property, setting the tone for collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
  • Provide strategic insight on pricing, positioning, and market opportunities across all assigned hotels


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in hotel sales leadership, ideally in a multi-property or regional role
  • Strong background in corporate, group, and BT sales strategy
  • Experience driving meeting and event space revenue
  • Ability to lead both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Natural relationship builder with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
  • Willingness to travel regionally and maintain a strong presence in Munster, IN
