Bankruptcy Litigation Associate
We are looking for an associate with 3-4 years of litigation experience. The associate should have excellent research and writing skills as well as experience in all phases of litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking and defending depositions, and participation at trial.
Experience Overview:
➤ Bankruptcy litigator defending large scale fraudulent conveyance actions with extensive motion practice including dismissal, summary judgment, and appellate applications
➤ International discovery and creditors rights managing cross border discovery, Hague Convention applications, plan and disclosure statement analysis, and stay relief and settlement motions
➤ Chapter 11 and 15 specialist with AmLaw 200 experience drafting DIP financing motions, bidding procedures, first day filings, and sale orders
Qualified candidates will be self-starters with great client management skills and strong academic credentials.
Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the NY Bar.
