Registered Nurse – Med Surg, travel assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. Start date 09/28/2026 for a 13-week engagement in a hospital setting. Weekly pay range: $2,019 to $2,164 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour days (12x3). This assignment focuses on high-acuity med-surg care including respiratory support, with opportunities to work on a dynamic team in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults on a high-acuity medical-surgical floor and respiratory care unit
- Monitor and document patient status, administer medications, and intervene per nursing assessment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans; assist with discharge planning as needed
- Assist with airway management and respiratory therapies as appropriate; respond to changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record; ensure medication safety and adherence to protocols
- Support patient and family education, comfort measures, and care transitions; may float to related units as needed
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire or a Compact state; Nursys license verification required
- Active BLS; ACLS certification required prior to start; NHISS registration required
- 2+ years of Med-Surg and/or Telemetry nursing experience
- Local NH license required for submission; RTO (time off) must be included with submission
- Ability to work in a high-acuity Med-Surg/Respiratory Care setting; Cerner EMR experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to take a provided Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% or higher
- May be required to float to other unit locations within the same system
