Location: Wayne, PA Work Arrangement: On-site/Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Services include order-to-cash management, deduction allocation, retailer performance improvement, and optimization of freight, warehousing, and storage costs across a diverse client portfolio.

Position Overview

The Data Specialist will support the Master Data team in managing and maintaining accurate product and pricing data across internal systems, client platforms, and retail partners. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, item setup, system synchronization, and timely publication across multiple platforms.

This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with clients, sales teams, supply chain/logistics, and IT to support ongoing operations and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client master price lists and product specification sheets for internal teams and retail partners • Perform new item setup within internal product management systems • Publish master data from PIM systems to third-party warehouse management systems • Partner with clients to ensure catalog accuracy and completeness • Identify and implement data synchronization and process improvements • Develop expertise in PIM systems, and retail publication requirements • Collaborate with Ecommerce teams to maintain data integrity across platforms such as Salsify • Work with IT teams and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve data/process issues • Ensure timely publication of new and updated items with retail partners • Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support • Execute operational updates including EDI connectivity and catalog updates • Support cross-functional initiatives spanning logistics, sales, and data teams

Additional Responsibilities

• Support initiatives across multiple business functions • Build strong working relationships with internal sales and client-facing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required • 1-2 years of experience in CPG, supply chain, logistics, product data, or a related field preferred • Strong Excel skills required • Experience with data synchronization tools (e.g., 1WorldSync) is a plus • Experience with catalog management or product management systems preferred • Supply chain or logistics experience is a plus • Highly detail-oriented with a strong interest in data accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and relationship management skills • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems • Familiarity with GDSN standards and retail publication requirements • Exposure to digital shelf tools such as Salsify • Understanding of EDI processes and item catalog maintenance • Knowledge of CPG industry terminology

Pay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour
