What You'll Do
As a Bartender at Oconomowoc Lake Club, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with precision and flair.
- Engaging with guests to provide outstanding customer service and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Managing bar inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and personality to the bar. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience—you know your way around a shaker and can confidently craft classic cocktails.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members alike.
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and an understanding of responsible alcohol service.
- A commitment to professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.
