Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation program. In this role, the RN will deliver evidence-based care to individuals recovering from cardiac incidents and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and monitor telemetry readings.
- Administer medications and respond promptly to any changes in patient conditions.
- Develop personalized exercise and educational plans tailored to each patient.
- Provide coaching on modifying risk factors to enhance patient health.
- Assist in discharge planning and collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current RN license.
- Experience in cardiac care or rehabilitation is preferred.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
