  • Support team communications with families and coaches.

  • Work with rinks to reserve ice times and verify schedules.

  • Update and maintain team schedules across platforms.

  • Respond to general questions from players, families, and staff.

  • Coordinate with tournament directors for registration, scheduling, waivers, and event logistics.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills required.

  • Typical workload: 2–10 hours per week (seasonal variation).

  • Work directly with the Owner.
