Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document patient conditions and progress

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care

Support residents and patients with daily healthcare needs

Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Requirements

Active LPN license
-
Current BLS certification
-
Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or clinical experience preferred

Strong communication and patient care skills

Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
