Were looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our therapist-owned physical therapy practice in Exton, PA. This part-time evening position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and creating a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.

Schedule:
MondayThursday, 4:00 PM 8:00 PM


What Youll Do:

• Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease when they arrive
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance benefits
• Assist with patient paperwork and collect payments as needed
• Support therapists with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and inviting
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and team members
