Super One Liquor is looking for a Liquor Store Manager for our Cloquet MN location. We are looking for a result driven individual to manage the daily operations of the store including accountability for the profit and loss (P&L) statement. A successful candidate must use their leadership and merchandising skills to manage product levels and make sound business decisions. In addition, this position is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational conditions to the Super One standards. Candidates will be responsible for mentoring a team of associates to provide courteous, knowledgeable and prompt service with a friendly atmosphere. This position offers excellent salary, bonus, and benefits including a pension, matching 401K, health insurance (medical, dental, vision, RX), short term & long-term disability and Cafe125 plan. Responsibilities

  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Additional store manager duties as needed


Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous retail manager experience.
  • Interest and knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the store.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Compliance with all Federal, State, and Company policies and procedures.
