What You'll Be Doing:
- Draft, edit, and file legal documents across divorce, custody, and support matters
- Prepare and review child support and alimony calculations (experience with SupportCalc or similar tools is a plus)
- Support financial analysis, asset division documentation, and discovery organization
- Track court dates, filing deadlines, and key case milestones.
- Coordinate electronic filings with local county courts
- Communicate with clients directly, professionally, compassionately, and with discretion
- Assist with trial prep, including exhibit organization and logistics
- Work within document management and billing systems (iManage, TABS, or similar)
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of paralegal experience specifically within family law
- Hands-on exposure to support calculations and the financial side of family law matters
- Familiarity with local county court systems — always a bonus
- Sharp organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active cases without missing a beat
- A professional, empathetic presence, clients are counting on you during hard times
- Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification is a plus
