Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling personal injury cases, advocating for clients and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, litigation experience, and the ability to manage complex cases effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, providing legal advice and support throughout the legal process.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed case documentation and legal filings.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Manage all aspects of case files, including medical records review, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Advocate on behalf of clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments effectively during trials.
- Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed about case developments and legal options.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations throughout the case process.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to strengthen case arguments.
Qualifications
- Jurisdictional license to practice law and admission to the state bar.
- Bachelor's degree and JD from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage cases and conduct legal research effectively.
- Experience with insurance claims and settlement negotiations.
- Excellent legal writing and advocacy skills.
