What You’ll Do
As the Head Hostess, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Managing reservations and waitlists to ensure smooth seating flow.
- Coordinating with the front-of-house team to provide excellent service.
- Supervising and mentoring the host team to maintain high standards.
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism.
- Upholding cleanliness and organization in the host area.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities to guide and inspire your team.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
