The Insulation Group (TIG) is a recognized leader in the New Jersey Utility Energy Efficiency Programs and Comfort Partners. TIG is an award-winning energy conservation company seeking an individual who is looking for a long-term position that will fit into our fast paced yet relaxed environment.
Our ideal candidate would require experience as a Receptionist, an Administrative Assistant, or relevant receptionist/administrative role. Ultimately, a successful Receptionist should be able to handle customer concerns, high call volume and ensure our office procedures run smoothly.
Your job will not only be to answer phones and schedule appointments; you will also provide clerical support to our managers and employees.
Qualifications:
- Answer phones (high call volume), schedule appointments and handle customer issues
- Highly organized
- Interact with other office administrators.
- Ability to juggle many priorities easily and effectively.
- Proactively focus on important information and identify key details while thriving in the role with little supervision.
- Professional and courteous communication, verbal and written.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Scan paperwork, save electronic files, file hard copies, etc.
- Strong team player with a 'happy to help' attitude.
Requirements
- Exceptional Customer Service
- 5 years Office work experience
- Proven experience as a Receptionist
- Computer savvy
- Strong and proficient in Microsoft Suite i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures
