Salary Range: $120,000 $160,000 per year

About the Role

We are a leading provider of medical imaging repair and maintenance services seeking an experienced Service Engineer specializing in Siemens MR CT systems.

This is a field-based position ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in customer-facing environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance of Siemens MR CT machines

• Troubleshoot diagnostic imaging equipment independently

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, including calibrations and system verification

• Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment

• Accurately document all service activities per company quality standards

• Submit timely field service reports

• Communicate effectively with account managers regarding service updates

• Maintain and manage company-provided tools and assets

• Travel regularly to customer sites within a 4-hour driving radius (some overnight and air travel required)

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

• Hands-on experience with Siemens MR CT repair

• Strong troubleshooting skills in diagnostic imaging equipment

• Preventive maintenance experience

• Equipment calibration expertise

• Accurate service activity documentation

• US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Work Environment Schedule

• Field-based role servicing multiple medical facilities

• Monday Friday, normal business hours

• Occasional evenings and weekends as needed

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
