Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMPosition OverviewWe're hiring Packaging Associates to join a manufacturing team responsible for packaging high-quality sandpaper products. This role involves inspecting, packing, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.Responsibilities
- Package finished products according to production specifications
- Inspect products for quality and identify any defects before packaging
- Label, box, and prepare products for shipment
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with packaging materials
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times
- Assist with general production duties as needed
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
