Prominent Plaintiffs' Medical Malpractice & Personal Injury law firm has an immediate opening for a Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join their team in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This is a full-time position that offers a remote hybrid.
The ideal candidate with have prior experience with Plaintiff-side Medical Malpractice or Personal Injury litigation!
In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Working closely with clients through all stages of litigation, from intake through resolution.
- Drafting litigation documents, including complaints, affidavits of merit, witness lists, exhibit lists, expert lists, initial disclosures, other discovery requests and routine motions.
- Drafting responses to defense discovery requests.
- Assisting attorneys in communications with expert witnesses and preparing records for expert review.
- Trial preparation, including preparing trial binders, joint final pretrial orders, jury instructions and verdict forms.
- Must have experience with Outlook, Word, and Power Point. Experience with Needles or Neos is a plus!
