Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable solutions.
Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our suite of financial products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the community.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to strategize and implement effective sales plans and marketing initiatives.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Community Engagement: Participate in community events and activities to enhance company visibility and network within the local area.
Requirements
Bilingual: Must be bilingual in Spanish
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, but eager beginners with strong motivation to learn are welcome.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer interaction.
Customer-Oriented: Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and developing customer relationships.
