Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff-Side) – Fully Remote

Location: Remote (New York-based firm)

Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000+ (based on experience)

About the Role

A well-established plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking a fully remote Paralegal to support its growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes ownership of their work and can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

- Manage plaintiff PI cases from intake through resolution

- Own your caseload and keep files moving without constant direction

- Draft correspondence and assist with pleadings/discovery

- Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance carriers

- Follow up consistently on medical records, bills, and outstanding items

- Keep attorneys updated and flag issues early

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years plaintiff personal injury experience (required)

- Ability to manage cases independently in a remote setting

- Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail

- Clear, professional communication skills

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
