The Role:
\n
- \n
- Provide clinical oversight and direction to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Recruit, train, supervise and develop nursing personnel, fostering a collaborative and accountable team.
- Oversee individualised care plans and coordinate services to support positive patient outcomes.
- Monitor clinical performance, patient satisfaction and quality standards, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare requirements and applicable state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate clinical documentation and supporting survey readiness.
- Take ownership of clinical operations, ensuring effective processes and consistent delivery of care.

Required Competencies:
\n
- \n
- Current, active RN licence in the state of Florida.
- Previous Home Health Care experience, including working with Medicare.
- Previous experience in a clinical leadership or management role.
- Candidates currently working as an Assistant Director of Nursing, Clinical Manager or Clinical Supervisor will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of Home Health regulations, Medicare requirements and clinical standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to take ownership of clinical performance and work autonomously.
