My Team here at Adecco Permanent Recruitment specializes in direct placement recruiting and partners with companies throughout the country to help them recruit and hire skilled professionals for their Teams.
One of our best customers has asked for my help to hire a skilled 2nd shift Industrial Maintenance Superintendent in Madelia, MN.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervising and supporting second shift maintenance supervisors and maintenance technicians, ensuring effective team performance.
- Implementing and training new supervisors and hourly employees on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Coordinating and scheduling preventative maintenance (PM) for equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborating with Human Resources on employee relations and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Monitoring and enforcing employee safety and ergonomic practices in compliance with company standards.
- Managing and delegating preventative maintenance programs, ensuring all work orders are completed on schedule.
- Scheduling and verifying completion of preoperational testing and inspection of equipment prior to production start.
This position offers:
- A base pay salary in the $100K range (depends upon experience, credentials and years of relevant experience)

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
