The Role
As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of one of our busy gift shops. You’ll lead by example, foster a positive team culture, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. This is a full-time, on-site position in Scottsdale, AZ.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop a customer-focused team
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top sales talent
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and loss prevention
- Achieve sales goals through strategic merchandising and strong leadership
- Deliver a shopping experience that makes customers want to return again and again
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail management or leadership experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability (retail is a 7-day-a-week business)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand for long periods, and adapt to changing situations
- Bonus: A bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field
