Salary: Commensurate with experience; Goal to be revenue-neutral by end of Year 1
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a strategic, relationship-driven, and mission-aligned Partnership Growth and Development Coordinator to lead all fundraising and development initiatives for the InSports Foundation. This leadership role will play a critical part in driving revenue growth, building donor and sponsor pipelines, and scaling our impact—one child at a time.

Fundraising Strategy & Leadership
•Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve both immediate and long-term revenue objectives.
•Build and diversify the Foundation’s funding streams including corporate partnerships, individual giving, and foundation grants.
•Identify and evaluate new funding opportunities that align with organizational goals and programming priorities.
Donor & Sponsor Development
•Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, major gift prospects, and corporate sponsors.
•Develop and execute donor engagement initiatives to encourage recurring contributions and long-term investment.
•Oversee donor recognition and appreciation efforts to maintain and grow supporter relationships.
Grant Development
•Research and write compelling grant proposals to secure foundation and institutional funding.
•Manage all aspects of grant reporting and compliance, including timelines, metrics tracking, and renewal submissions.
•Maintain a grants calendar to ensure timely submission and maximize funding opportunities.
Campaigns & Special Projects
•Support the planning and execution of targeted fundraising campaigns to support core programs such as InSports Days, Scholarships, and Team Sponsorships.
•Lead sponsorship outreach and donor engagement for major fundraising events, including the annual Golf Tournament and Joy of the Pond.
Partnership & Board Collaboration
•Partner with the Executive Director to align development efforts with strategic priorities and organizational growth.
•Collaborate with the Board of Directors to leverage networks, secure funding, and advance the Foundation’s mission.
•Provide regular reporting and updates on fundraising performance, opportunities, and key metrics.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or sales (3+ years preferred)
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Demonstrated success in grant writing, sponsorship development, fundraising strategy
•Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a passion for youth development and sports
•Experience with CRM/fundraising software preferred
•Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in nonprofit management, marketing, or related field
