What Youll Do
As our Retail Operations Manager, youll be the driving force behind our retail strategy and day-to-day operations. Youll lead a talented teamincluding our Retail Store Associates, Retail Buyer, Visual Merchandiser, and Receiving Specialistand ensure every customer interaction reflects the warmth, quality, and creativity of the Hello Adorn brand.
Retail Operations & Strategy
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and inventory turn.
- Design SOPs and training tools that support operational excellence.
- Plan and execute offsite events like Goldie pop-ups, ensuring profitability goals are established, and seamless logistics and staffing.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and coach retail staff to foster a collaborative, customer-first culture.
- Facilitate team meetings and performance reviews that align with Hello Adorns values.
- Analyze staffing needs and trends to support growth and seasonal activations.
- Deliver ongoing feedback and development opportunities to elevate team performance.
Customer Experience & Store Management
- Champion exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
- Partner with Marketing to create in-store events that drive traffic and brand loyalty.
- Manage customer inquiries, repairs, and feedback with care and professionalism.
- Create staffing schedules that align with seasonal needs and in-store promotions.
- Maintain a safe and secure store environment, collaborating with local law enforcement as needed.
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in retail management, account management, or business operations.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and manage inventory systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in jewelry or high-value retail.
- Familiarity with Shopify POS, YOTPO loyalty programs, and visual merchandising.

Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our retail store. Youll work Tuesday through Saturday, typically between 9AM and 6:30PM.
