As a Full Stack Engineer, you will support cloud-based brokerage applications for the TradeFlow Order Management team. You will collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver scalable services that support multiple asset classes. The role includes hands-on development, architectural participation, and production support for live environments.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $55.00 to $65.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain cloud-based brokerage applications within the TradeFlow Order Management domain.
- Develop RESTful microservices and integrate messaging and event-driven components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multiple asset classes on the brokerage platform.
- Participate in architecture, design, and analysis activities for scalable solutions.
- Provide production support, diagnose issues, and resolve incidents with urgency and precision.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate application deployments.
- Support on-call rotations for evenings and weekends as needed.
Experience Requirements:

- 5 or more years of Java development experience.
- Experience designing and building REST microservices.
- Experience with messaging and event-driven systems such as Kafka and IBM MQ.
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres and Oracle.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Linux OS.
- Understanding of programming languages and algorithms.
- Ability to learn new technologies and solve complex problems.
- Experience supporting production systems with on-call rotations.
- Team-based delivery experience in an iterative software development cycle.
- Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Maven, Jenkins, and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with deployment automation and pipelines.
- Experience with GitHub for source control and feature-driven development.
- Experience with Artifactory and familiarity with API registries such as Apigee.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certification (preferred).
