Pay Rate: $25.37 hr on W2
Job Type: Hybrid 3 days in office 2 days remote
Shift: Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday. Flexible
Job Description
- Customer Service experience
- Analyzes audit exceptions and makes corrections or recommends course of action.
- Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services.
- Acts as a project liaison with other departments.
- Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings.
- Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings.
SKILLS
• Pricing Tools (Excel tools and other resources)
• Universal Pricing Gateway
• Transaction Manager
• Transaction troubleshooting (how the systems interact with each other)
• UPG-RE Manager
• Error and Deviation Reporting
• Makes sound best practice recommendations independently on day to day pricing topics.
• Trouble shoot common to moderately complex issues using various available tools (UPG Rules Report, Activation Report, Audit Report, PRT, etc.)
