Apartment Leasing Specialist
Seeking experienced apartment leasing specialists. Must be currently Fair Housing Certified.
Job Responsibilities:
· Tour property and lease apartments to future residents
· Maintain clean and organized work station
· Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports and related information
· Other tasks or duties as assigned by management, etc.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 6 months experience as an apartment leasing specialist
· Computer savvy
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Knowledge of relevant software applications such as Yardi, OneSite, MRI, AMSI, Yieldstar (always a plus)
