Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Data to lead strategic programs centered around enterprise data management, workflow automation, and system integrations. The role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives that span IT, data engineering, business operations, and compliance teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data platforms, ERP/CRM ecosystems, and scalable digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale data-centric programs involving multiple business units and systems.
  • Oversee end-to-end program delivery from requirements gathering to post-implementation optimization.
  • Drive integration efforts between data platforms, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, Procurement, and Business Operations.
  • Define program scope, build detailed roadmaps, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish governance frameworks and reporting standards for stakeholder visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data security and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR).
  • Lead change management, testing, training, and adoption strategies for new systems and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management with a strong emphasis on data initiatives and system integration.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise programs involving ERP, CRM, or data warehouse systems.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data privacy, metadata, and information lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or Confluence.
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications are preferred.
